REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Because Between Games sells digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
When you complete your order, you receive immediate access to download your files. At that point the product has been delivered in full and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.
Before you buy
Please make sure you have read the product description and understand what you're purchasing. Every product page lists exactly what's included, the file format, and how delivery works. If you have questions before ordering, contact us at hello@between-games.com and we'll answer before you buy.
Technical issues
While we don't offer refunds, we do stand behind delivery. If you experience a problem receiving or opening your files — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or an email that never arrived — contact us at hello@between-games.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it or resend your files.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and correct it.
